McDonald's Around the Globe

I've just read an article about McDonald's food around the world. Here are some:
-India: Maharaja Mac(Big Mac made of lamb or chicken meat) and McAloo Tikki(vegetarian burger)
-Norway: McLaks(grilled salmon and dill sauce)
-Germany: McBeer(simply..beer)
-Canada: McLobster / McHomard (lobster)
-Japan: Ebi Filet-O(shrimp burger), koroke burger(mashed potato, cabbage, katsu sauce), Ebi-chiki(shrimp nuggets) and green tea milkshake
-Chili: McPollo(guacamole topping)
-Costa Rica: Gallo Pinto(rice and beans)
-Greece: Greek Mac(wrapped with pita)
-HongKong: Rice burger(wrapped with glutinous rice)
-Israel: McArabia(grilled chicken) and McShawarma (wrapped with pita)
-Uruguay: McHuevo(topped with poached egg)

How about indo? of course the popular fried chicken =P
