It's too late baby, there's no turning around
I've got my hands in my pocket and my head in a cloud
This is how I do
When I think about you
I never thought that you could break me apart
I keep a sinister smile and a hold of my heart
You want to get inside
Then you can get in line
But not this time
Cause you caught me off guard
Now I'm running and screaming
I feel like a hero and you are my heroine
I won't try to philosophize
I'll just take a deep breath and I'll look in your eyes
This is how I feel
And it's so surreal
I got a closet filled up to the brim
With the ghosts of my past and the skeletons
And I don't know why
You'd even try
But I won't lie
You caught me off guard
Now I'm running and screaming
I feel like a hero and you are my heroine
Do you know that your love is the sweetest sin?
And I feel a weakness coming on
Never felt so good to be so wrong
Had my heart on lockdown
And then you turned me around
I'm feeling like a new born child
Every time I get a chance to see you smile
It's not complicated
I was so jaded
And you caught me off guard
Now I'm running and screaming
I feel like a hero and you are my heroine
Do you know that your love is the sweetest sin?
(I feel like a hero and you are my heroine)
And I feel a weakness coming on
Never felt so good to be so wrong
Had my heart on lockdown
And then you turned me around
(Do you know that your love is the sweetest sin?)
I'm feeling like a new born child
Every time I get a chance to see you smile
It's not complicated
I was so jaded
(I feel like a hero and you are my heroine)
And I feel a weakness coming on
Never felt so good to be so wrong
Had my heart on lockdown
And then you turned me around
(Do you know that your love is the sweetest sin?)
I'm feeling like a new born child
Every time I get a chance to see you smile
It's not complicated
I was so jaded

Thanksgiving Break @ SF
Tuesday, November 27, 2007I spent my Thanksgiving holiday in SF for the whole 10 days! I didn't really do anything there, but it was quite fun. I met my friends, had a potluck together during Thanksgiving night, helped my boo doing his projects and of course did my own projects. I will never get tired of SF. Hopefully I could get a full time job there. *finger-crossed*

I am now. It's not something important to that person, but it is for me. I wish you'd understand >_<
Note: please don't ask what happen or why..it'll just make me sad if i remember it.

I'm Not That Girl - Wicked Soundtrack
Saturday, November 3, 2007 Hands touch, eyes meet
Sudden silence, sudden heat
Hearts leap in a giddy whirl
He could be that boy
But I'm not that girl
Don't dream too far
Don't lose sight of who you are
Don't remember that rush of joy
He could be that boy
I'm not that girl
Ev'ry so often we long to steal
To the land of what-might-have-been
But that doesn't soften the ache we feel
When reality sets back in
Blithe smile, lithe limb
She who's winsome, she wins him
Gold hair with a gentle curl
That's the girl he chose
And Heaven knows
I'm not that girl
Don't wish, don't start
Wishing only wounds the heart
I wasn't born for the rose and the pearl
There's a girl I know
He loves her so
I'm not that girl

Places I've visited - North America
Friday, November 2, 2007Out of my boredom today, I decide to write something about places I've visited around here so far.
- San Francisco, San Jose - Silicon Valley, CA
This is the city I love the most in North America. You can find everything in SF. Want to eat? Chinese, Japanese, Indonesian, American, Mexican, Indian, you name it. This place have all different kind of good foods. Want to go sightseeing? From Twin Peaks to Pier 39. If you like hills you'd like it here. If you like beach you'd like it here too. Missing your country's food specialties? They have it here: Ranch Market, Lion, Mitsuwa, Marina, etc, etc. And most important, my friends are all there. - Mendocino, Fortbragg, CA
When you need a place to relax and go away from your busy world, here is the place you want to go. With a country theme, beaches and also good foods, you can't beat this place. - Los Angeles, CA I don't really like LA lifestyle or living in LA. But for foods or staying 3-4 days, LA is great. Hollywood, Disneyland, Universal Studio. Plus hanging out with couple of friends that have moved to LA is a lot of fun too.
- San Diego, CA I actually got bored when I stayed there for 4 nights. The only thing I really enjoyed was Sea World. The whale watching is a pretty good experience, but when we went there, we didn't get to see any whale, so they gave us a voucher to get on another boat and try our luck again. People said San Diego Zoo is also nice, but I haven't gone there yet. I will..someday..
- Solvang, CA I went here twice, once with friends and once with my parents. It's really nice for a one day stay, or probably a place to sleep over on the way to/from SF from/to LA. Don't forget to visit Hearst Castle as well while you're there.
- Santa Barbara, CA I only went there on the way from Solvang to San Diego. There's not much to see, except probably beaches, but there's a good sushi place there. I can't remember the name, but I'll post as soon as I remember. Edit: The name is Arigato Sushi (Thanks to Ona who reminded me about the name!)
- Las Vegas, NV I'm currently craving to go to Las Vegas. Probably because I'm now 21. But I think it's been ages since I last went there. Nothing can beat Las Vegas buffet! There are lots of new hotels as well.
- Reno, NV
- Orlando, FL I love Orlando! I will certainly come back there. I haven't really had much time each time I got there. I only went to Epcot and Universal Studio, Disney downtown and Universal City Walk. There are still a lot of parks I haven't gone there. Next time I go, I'll stay for at least a week!
- Chicago, IL Well, at first, Chicago was pretty fun since it was the closest big city from Purdue. But after spending 2 summers in Chicago, I must say I get really bored with Chicago. If you're planning to go to Chicago, I guess staying 4 days should be enough to see just about everything.
- Indianapolis, IN It's great for eating sushi since there's no good Japanese restaurant in Purdue. There's nothing else to go there. They have 2 malls, but the malls are really small compared to Valley Fair in Santa Clara, CA. I actually want to go to the Children Museum there because people said it's really good, just like the Science and Industry Museum in Chicago.
- New York, NY New York is pretty nice actually. But I don't really want to live there. It's just too crowded and hectic. But I love the public transportation there. It's really easy to go from one place to another. There're a lot of places you can go there. It's really fun for vacation.
- Boston, MA It's a really beautiful city. The downside is that everything here is sooo expensive! This is the place I saw snow the first time ^^ One thing I like about my visit to Boston is that I got to visit MIT!!! I love the campus there. I wish I could get accepted to MIT...
- Washington, D.C. White house and lots and lots of memorial + historical place. What else can I say?
- Austin, TX I went there for FREE because I got an internship offer from Dell. They paid for pretty much everything: flight, hotel, foods and one day city tour. I stayed at downtown, which is a perfect place for people that love clubbing. One very long street filled with many bars. It's really crowded during weekends and really silent during Sunday morning. Austin is OK. The people are weird, no wonder they have a T-shirt that says "Keep Austin Weird". I enjoyed myself there, well, because it's a free trip after all. The foods around downtown are very expensive! Maybe if I know Austin better, I would love to visit there again, but for now, my 4 days trip is enough.
That's all for now. I'll write some more when I get bored again.
